Really/maybe new/new-ish chrome new (new age/nu age-y) jazz/Tronwater/future-adult contemp feel good track / binary/thrilling city/mall travel advertisement entitled “Wave Temple” from the mysterious Internet Club. Watching this unfold over and over again is one of the few things keeping me from taking my own life.

Fatima Al Qadiri- “Hip Hop Spa”
Fatima Al Qadiri is an artist/musician whatever from New York. Check her website its pretty u kno u kno…
“Hip Hop Spa posits an uncanny parallel between the luxurious solitary confinement of a spa experience and the introspective image of prison solitary confinement often presented in contemporary, genre specific, Hip Hop cultural product. Solitary subconscious is the experience of virtual age Hip Hop culture. The track expands the lexicon of the genre, while questioning the general public’s consumption of rap and hip hop aesthetics.”

Doug Hream Blunt- “Gentle Persuasion”
This guy is THE bro..Doug Hream Blunt is an American of West Indian decent who was making his own brand of Caribbean/electro/future/boogie rock & roll/R&B from the early/mid-eighties until the early nineties in the Bay area. It looks like he released one record you can check here, and all thats left on the intranerts are some interviews and this performance from the Cityvisions public access show in San Francisco, which I think he uploaded himself. He has a family now and doesn’t really play music anymore, but here’s his super jam “Gentle Persuasion” which has been sampled heavily lately.
LA Vampires Goes Ital- “Tons of Love”
I can’t stop listening/fucking zoning on this smooth/evil ride. Check this little vid vid too and try to pretend that you’re not turned on by this song.
Akiko Nakamura- Hit Album L.P. (1968)
This chick was like a swinger/actress/model/pop star with a Japanese Peggy Lipton/Marianne Faithful/You Only Live Twice kinda vibe. Her shit was so tight, she called her record, “Hit Album”…its full of crazy 60’s faux-LSD swinger orchestral arrangements and blah blurh blah blah its cool trust
